We have to remove any interference, such as pain, pinched nerves, misalignment causing your body to compensate, etc., that can contribute to a decrease in proper function within the body. Once we address your pain and discomfort, we will prescribe and train you on a corrective home exercise plan. This is optional but encouraged and gives you the ability to take your care into your own hands. While you’ll benefit from semi-regular adjustments moving forward from there, you’ll also have the tools needed for your own care.
