What To Expect
Generally, no one likes going to a doctor of any kind because that usually means something is wrong with your body’s normal functioning. In that respect, you may feel nervous or uncomfortable about coming to the office for your first visit. Don’t be! We make it our priority to help you feel as comfortable as possible in all aspects of your care, from your initial consultation, to your examination, to your regular visits.
Make Yourself at Home!
We offer several “creature comforts” to all of our patients, so help yourself!
- Fresh Starbucks coffee
- Fruits and veggies
- Homemade cookies and granola bars
- Kangen Water
Chiropractic care, especially Chiropractic BioPhysics, is not something that produces lasting results in just one visit. Instead, each treatment will build upon the last so it’s very important that you feel at home when you come to the office. Please take a moment to read the descriptions below to help you better understand what to expect during your time spent with us!
To find out if we can help you, we ask questions and listen.
New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.
We Explain Everything First
The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you. If Dr. Bagley believes that Corrective Chiropractic is the best option for you, we will take a series of x-rays, a digital structure analysis, and perform neurological and orthopedic tests to determine the best course of action for your situation. Our patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance.
Recommended Action Plan
This usually happens on your second visit. We’ll report what we found and answer all your questions. After we study your health history and correlate our examination findings, we’ll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings or Recommended Action Plan.
You will receive a detailed report that is yours to take with you. Dr. Bagley will go over each x-ray in detail and answer all questions to help you better understand the Plan of Care he will suggest during this visit based on the findings from your initial visit.
A typical visit will be much shorter. These will consist of your specialized structural adjustment based on the x-ray analysis Dr. Bagley reviewed with you during your report of findings. Each adjustment is tailored to your specific structural misalignments as is the remodeling traction that will begin once you are pain free.
